SAF-T-RAIL INDUSTRIES carries stainless steel safety rails for your bathroom safety. We stock a complete line of ADA approved safety grab bars for your tub, shower, or commode area. Our rails meet handicap code requirements. All rails are 1 1/4 in. diameter, 18 gauge, type 304 satin-finished stainless steel, with a 1 1/2 in. clearance between the wall and bar. Bar passes through flange and is heliarc welded to form a single structure unit. Mandrel bending process ensures uniform diameter curves. SAF-T-RAIL INDUSTRIES stocks all rails in 1 1/4 in. diameter, this allows a more secure grip for safety. Elderly clients with arthritis or small hands have difficulty grasping on to 1 1/2 in. diameter rail.

The unique design of our three way grab bars, one wall mount, and inside corner units DOES NOT need to be installed into a stud. However, any straight grab bar requires placement into a stud or wood backing for safety.
